If your product was damaged in transit or is defective, we'll cover the full return cost and process a replacement or refund immediately — no questions asked.
How It Works

Email hello@clariocare.co with your order number and reason for return. Or use the contact form on our website.
We Arrange Return
We'll send you a prepaid return label. Simply repack the item and drop it at any Australia Post outlet.
Refund Processed
Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Common Questions
What if my product arrived damaged?
If your order arrived damaged or defective, we'll replace or refund it at no cost. Please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number.
What if I just changed my mind?
That's fine. As long as the product is unused and in its original packaging and you're within 30 days of purchase, we'll process a return for you. Return shipping is free.
Can I exchange for a different product?
Yes. Once we receive your return, we can process it as an exchange. Note that if there's a price difference, we'll refund or charge accordingly.
How long until I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving your return. Depending on your bank, it may take a further 3–5 business days to appear in your account.
