When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 2pm AEST Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends are dispatched the next business day.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within Australia only. International shipping is something we're actively working on — check back soon.
Can I track my order?
Yes. All orders include a tracking number sent via email once your order is dispatched. You can track your parcel directly on the Australia Post website.
What if my order hasn't arrived?
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@clariocare.co and we'll investigate with the carrier.
